Payment terms: All payments are to be made in full prior to any subscription starting. We accept payments through PayPal, which is our preferred payment provider. The client is responsible for any transaction fees associated with PayPal payments.
Intellectual property rights: Kute AI retains all intellectual property rights in relation to the AI-generated content created for the client. The client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for its intended purpose.
Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the client, and will not disclose any such information to third parties without the client's consent.
Cancellation: The client may cancel their subscription at any time, but will not be entitled to a refund of any payments already made.
Liability: Kute AI will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit or loss of business, arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
